WFH is inherently more accessible so you end up with more disabled employees, which cost your work sponsored health insurance to go up, which they do not want, so they erect this barrier of being in the office to prevent people who need to work from home from being employed there. Disallowing WFH is explicitly to get around the ADA

I watched season one because I liked Rogue One and my spouse liked Andor a lot but I found it pretty boring. The children actors early on are terrible and there’s so much that should have been edited out/replaced with content to drive the plot or develop actually likable characters. I personally don’t recommend it, I won’t be watching season two, after watching all of season one I still give zero fucks about any of the characters so I don’t care what happens
