I would definitely download a car.

I am conflicted about it.

I was a teenager in the 90s and piracy back then was new and was an act of rebellion, a fuck you to copyright assholes and a way to stick it to The Man (whatever that means).

Now I think more about the damage that it could cause to creators and developers, but also I don't like to support predatory and exploitative platforms, so I could say I have become more selective with my piracy, and whenever I think it's fair, I will pay for the thing I have pirated if I like it/find it useful/think the price is fair.

I also like the idea of installing software "as intended by their developers" and I don't like Linux distros that make a lot of changes and customizations. That's why I like Slackware for example, a distro that remains "pure" and intervenes as little as possible.

(Not a question) I have used services hosted by Framasoft many times, but I wasn't aware that you were also the developers of PeerTube! I have almost stopped using Y*utube and I've been trying to use PeerTube more and more. The main hurdle is finding content, which I'm sure will get easier and easier as the platform gets adopted and known in the fediverse and beyond. Congratulations for you efforts promoting Free and Libre software, keep up the good work!

Ok, I don't like making generalizations, but let's play the game:

• Dynamically typed programming languages are for babies.

• Having depression is not being sad. Having anxiety is not being nervous. Mental health exists and it's very complex.

• We should start trating unhealthy use of social media as an actual addiction, and the platforms should be held accountable for the damage they have and still are causing.

• Sometimes older people have actual knowledge and wisdom that is only gained by experiencing life, and younger people shuld learn to shut the fuck up some times and stop pretending they were born knowing everything.

I used to play Doom way back when it came out. I recently started re-playing it but in Linux using Zdoom, plus the Brutal Doom mod, and it still is one of the greatest things that happened to PC gaming.
