Alright so I connect back like two hours after my comment, somebody gets ruffled at my language and they were downvoted into oblivion in response, that's actually pretty funny, 5/7 would do again

Me without distraction: rumination HELL, feel like shit, still barely getting work done

Probably easier to list what I don't experience but I don't have an easy way to tally it on my phone and post it here in text format and it's seeming like a lot of work so brain is refusing. Nothing personal meant, it's a helpful list
What's interesting is some of these are either shutdown or meltdown symptoms for me, they aren't just plain overload

My dad smoked, unsure if Autistic, is ADHD. He quit during my childhood.
I never smoked, am AuDHD, am male.
My child ended up being AuDHD.
As they should be. I'd rather see a Dem fill the seat but they were letting the existing problems before Trump Electric Boogaloo fester and now are either not doing much or are not revealing much and need to really start to take actual action as opposition
Would love to see a replacement party emerge that actually tries to meet what non-republican society is looking for and isn't just "not the awful ones".
