Anti facial recognition glasses.

Another way to fuck with a lot of cameras is basically jerry rig some high powered IR LEDs onto your glasses frames, but that does also require a power source and ... i guess either a switch, or a battery that is easy to pop in and out.
Im not aware of anyone actually making and selling those, tho.

Basically, it can roughly be analogized to stealth tech for a jet:
Reflectacles... are roughly the equivalent of steath RAM and a bit of a mix of scattering radar waves and also active jamming.... visual range gets fucked by the reflective frames, ir blocking lenses... block and absorb IR.
The 'jerry right IR lights into your frames' option... is more like massive EM jamming done by an ELINT aircraft. You'll basically just show up as an indescirnable smudge spot, very detectable by cameras... but not identifiable by most cameras, if your IR lamps are strong enough to overload their sensors.

Neither of these are guaranteed to work in all situations.
Some cameras can handle massive IR intensity, others have algos that say, identify people not by facial recognition, but by gait analysis... exactly how you carry your self as you walk/run.

My guess would be they'll do some kind of tiered release strucructure, and/or have already finished or mostly finished 2 years+ worth of major updates, including new 'chapters' of the main single player story... and basically, you'll have to subscribe.
Like ... $160 for whole game, major expansion 1, 2 and 3, $120 for game + 1st expansion... Or your baseline $100, and then a subscription battlepass mmo monthly charge, or you can pay more for expansions in chunks, seperately.

I'd say that chances are actually quite good that within 10 years after 2026, Florida becomes essentially a mostly destroyed disaster zone, with maybe a few parts of semi-civilization... like a swampy version of the first Mad Max movie.
(For reference, GTA V is based on an amalgamation of LA, San Fran, San Diego, out into the sticks... oh and while we are in thr GTA V to GTA VI gap, a huge chunk of LA got burned to the ground, yay climate change!)
(To me, the challenge of GTA VI would be... how do you even fucking do parody anymore? The country has gone batshit insane during the game's development, I will be amazed if they actually manage to work in the biting and underhanded social commentary that previous GTA games had... because it would be essentially impossible. My guess is it'll have some parody and satire, but nowhere near as much as 4 or 5... and the story will basically just be about some cool badasses who are cool and badass and are getting their bag however they can because YOLO)
Once, it was conspciuous consumption (my personality IS what i consume, purchase, own...) along with the 'keeping up with the joneses' effect of feeling compelled to portray any visible signs of wealth as a sign of success... and the warping of your own personality into a caricature was more or less relegated to TV/Muisc/Movie celebrities, high profile PR people... people whose job it was to be the living embodiment of a brand.
KPop idols are that turned up to 11, and now VTubers signed with agencies basically follow the same model.
But uh... the problem is ironically the democratization of... not real 'celebrity', but influencer culture, being a brand ambassador, livestreaming, podcasting... OnlyFans...
Everyone is now presented with a very low cost of entry way of becoming a micro celeb.
So... either you remain authentic, and maybe get a small fan base... or you play into the algorithm, and become a cariacature of yourself, and/or outright grifter/scam artist... and yeah, better chance of making serious money, but you lose your morals/personality/soul in the process.
I was born before the internet age began, and I've seen these just unbelievable social changes occur in just over 20 years.
Now we're at the point where 2/3 of Americans can't survive missing one pay check, somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 of people are buying groceries on some kind of credit...
