I think as long as all of these institutions are ideologically predisposed not to understand China, capital controls, or what industrial capacity actually is, it will recur

It's rebranded ISIS. People think because they have infighting with other parts of rebranded ISIS they aren't. They're

That's definitely the bare minimum a sane person needs to know!! But why not use it to pry open such a complex issue? Rn everyone is coming out swinging at each other so it reveals who is just bullshitting quickly, even those who ordinarily stick to scummy debate tactics, jeering, and unsourced claims end up dropping links. Everyone is pissed off over this + the labor aristocracy debate + Iran

I've ended up learning a lot about different industries and social programs in China from the corrections

They seem to blow up a random car or motorcycle daily

One Lebanese citizen embraced martyrdom after an Israeli drone raided his (Rapid) car with two missiles in Deir Kifa town, South Lebanon.

In the context of the Israeli attacks on the border area since this dawn, at approximately 6:30 a.m., an enemy Israeli reconnaissance aircraft dropped a sound bomb near a fishing boat off the coast of Ras Al-Naqoura.

An enemy reconnaissance aircraft also dropped a sound bomb in the vicinity of a destroyed house in the outskirts of the town of Dhahira, before later dropping a second bomb in the same town.

In a related development, enemy bulldozers established a new, small site near the newly established “Al-Hamames” site inside Lebanese territory, opposite the city of Khiyam. Furthermore, during the pre-dawn hours, Israeli bulldozers paved a 200-meter dirt road inside Lebanese territory in the town of Kfar Kila, extending from the wall toward the road leading to the “Shalhoub” station.

The occupying forces also dropped an incendiary bomb in the woods of the town of Sheheen, sparking a fire in the wooded area.

Israeli warplanes intensified their assaults last night, launching an airstrike on the rugged outskirts of Bodai in western Baalbek District, then conducting two more strikes on the highland areas near Flawi in the same region.

These attacks come in the context of Israeli violations of the ceasefire signed in November of last year, as Israel blatantly disregards all relevant international agreements and laws.

Well I'll try to summarize I guess reasons to be hopeful about development in Asia and the difference between Russia and India or even Brazil but I'm doing a dumbass thing where I use my phone in the middle of the night instead of going back to bed so get Russia and the Long Transition from Capitalism to Socialism and/or Maldevelopment by Samir Amin off of Anna's Archive and I will brb

With all due respect, I put little stock in gloomy historical analogies without any materialist analysis to back them up

I have a lot to say about China and Russia's development strategies and foreign relations if we actually got into the details

Impressed there are some people out there who still Trust The Plan because I don't even think there is one

[–] tastemyglaive@lemmy.ml 2 points 1 day ago

I still don't get the wording, but I am glad that I got to post these + they're not actually going full DNC supporter Hillary primary mode

[–] tastemyglaive@lemmy.ml 2 points 1 day ago

I think the wording is a little off actually, but whatever, glad you're not treating the client list like a political football. 😅
