Is this how liberals fantasize about revolutionary action while still staying as milk toast as possible?

Edit: I appreciate Lemmy for the simple fact that I can use "liberal" in any sub and not be considered a conservative by default when I'm criticizing that perspective.

Man, if I'm milquetoast I don't know how anyone on this site could get away with being more controversial than I already am.

Well you’re fantasising about elections and not lining up republican politicians against the wall or gunning them down as they head to their car after work.

Yeah, you're right, your fantasy that you're never going to do in real life is so much better than that other fantasy that isn't happening.

I’m not the one in America.

Let them enjoy voting Trump out of office next “election” if they don’t want to stand up.

And how many alt right neo nazis have you slain in the street in your own country? I've a feeling I would have heard of you if you had.

Why would I kill them when there’s no threat of them taking over?

I’ve attended rallies in the past and bashed the fash.

Using it the way you do does make you a conservative, though. In the first past the post system if you're not opposing the conservatives then you're promoting them.

It's weird how people think all of politics boils down to which billionaire backed politician you vote for.

It's weird how literally everyone here was old enough to remember when the dems removed money from politics for over 7 years and the conservative members of the SCOTUS undid it with the Citizens United decisions, and yet chooses not to remember that.
