European Graphic Novels++
“BD” refers to Franco-Belgian comics, but let's open things up to include ALL Euro comics and GN's. Euro-style artistry from around the world is also welcome. ^^
-BD = "Bandes dessinées"
-BDT = Bedetheque
-GN = graphic novel
-LBK = Lambiek

I totally get that, since I was too lazy to take the time to actually research these etymologies before commenting, ha ha.
Oh, do you have a community or hobby project online? I'm curious to hear more about wherever the wind blows your fancy. You seem interesting.
It's also of course nice to have actual French readers for this project, as there's a load of Franco-Belgo culturalisms in BD that I don't understand very well. :S
Not really, I’m not that interesting I’m afraid, ha ha. I contribute to Openstreetmap every week, not sure if that counts as a hobby project online. And I play the piano, but offline only. :-)
My IRL obligations have been on the too-heavy side these last few years (because of work+studies), so I can’t dedicate a lot of time to hobbies, unfortunately.
D'accord, je vois. En tout cas, j'apprécie que vous suiviez notre projet et que vous partagiez vos opinions ici et là.
Oh dear, as an early "A2"-French speaker, I tried to roughly construct the sentence above on my own, then used Google-Translate to check-over my mistakes.
(HOORAY! XD)
Honestly, it gets embarrassing sometimes, as my parents both learned French at a fairly high level when they lived in Bruxelles for medical schooling purposes, for a brief pocket of time. Haha, and I'm still just a toddler upon all that, but truly, Belgian French tends to give me a warm feeling.
Hmm.. "hard to define, these things, can be"
