I'm fairly certain it is. It was an amazing game for the Nintendo DS.
I looked it up and yeah I think you're right! I downloaded it to my Retropie to try out later lol
Definitely go get the patch that adds a lot of English to the quotes, panels, quizzes and such. It's a wonderful game without it, but it becomes an absolute s tier juggernaut with it. I even used to play it a bit competitively online if you can imagine that was possible.
