Corporation vandalises public domain, plastering it in psycho-manipulative commercials.

Yeah, I love how ads aren't viewed as vandalism, but tagging is.

I saw one where someone had written:

The founder of this company is a narcissistic sociopath who can’t imagine that anyone else isn’t.

Hard to see something as “vandalism” when it has a thesis statement.

"New Yorkers vandalize subway ads..."

Wow. Much surprise. Very shock.

This was their plan from the beginning, lots of white space, designed to be vandalized and go viral on social media, getting nationwide attention but only paying local ads in a single city. We should just ignore this shit and pretend it didn't happen

Well, their plan didn’t work because I have no idea who this company is. Just that it deals in AI, which I’m not interested in.

Their target is not us, but all the delulu that believe that the algorithm with no memory and that needs to be reminded of the context at every single question is perfect to replace a girlfriend

“I know people in New York hate AI, and things like AI companionship and wearables, probably more than anywhere else in the country,” he told Adweek. “So I bought more ads than anyone has ever done with a lot of white space so that they would socially comment on the topic.”

Well since he give the permission, nothing stop people from bringing a can of paint and just paint over the word, leaving just the white space.

Edit: or just write something that would trigger trump.

Slogan: "I'll never bail on our dinner plans"

...AI literally can't do anything else because it doesn't eat.

All going according to plan.

Sure but it’s a shitty plan.

No publicity is bad publicity, as the saying goes.

I mean, people are thinking about the product and being creative about the product and encouraging other people to pay attention to the product, and that gets the company's name out there.

I imagine a lot of the people making fun of this product are going to pay attention to the company's next product, just out of curiosity 😆

[–] ZDL@lazysoci.al 2 points 3 days ago

Doesn't work for me since I have no fucking clue what this startup company's name is. And don't care.
